- Does the store take a commission on every sale?
- No. TCMX is not a marketplace: the store is yours and so is 100% of every sale. The cost is your flat monthly module — never a percentage of what you sell.
- Which payment methods can my customers use?
- Pago Móvil, Zelle, and bank transfer in bolívares — the rails Venezuelans actually use, with payment confirmation built into the order flow.
- Do my customers see prices in dollars or bolívares?
- In the currency you choose: you set each price in dollars or in bolívares, and your store shows the same one you post. The store does not convert on its own with the rate. Customers choose how to pay: Pago Móvil or bank transfer in bolívares, or Zelle. If you charge bolívares at the day’s BCV rate, say so in your posts, and when you confirm the payment you record the rate in your panel.
- How much does an online store with TCMX cost?
