- Is the TCMX delivery note a tax invoice?
- No, and it does not replace one. It is a non-fiscal internal control: it records what was dispatched, to whom and for how much. The invoice — and, if you ship before invoicing, the fiscal delivery order or dispatch guide — still comes from your fiscal system.
- How do I send a delivery note to my customer on WhatsApp?
- In one tap: TCMX opens WhatsApp with the note already written — items, total, VAT if it applies, due date and balance — and you send it from your business WhatsApp. You can also print it.
- How do I know which customer owes me and since when?
- The collections view shows each customer’s open and overdue orders with days past due. From there you send the WhatsApp reminder, pre-written with the balance and pending orders, and record every partial payment.
- How does wholesale pricing work in TCMX?
- You load your wholesale price list with each product’s minimum quantity, and those prices fill in automatically when you build an order for a wholesale customer. Nobody quotes from memory.
- Can I charge VAT and offer credit on wholesale orders?
- Yes. Each order can carry VAT (16%) and credit days with a due date. If the customer pays part of it, the note and the account statement show what was paid and the balance.
- Can my wholesale customers place orders on their own?
- Today you or your sales rep enter wholesale orders from the panel. Your retail customers do order on their own in your online store.
- How much does the distributor system cost?
- Every module has its published price and there is no contract. You can see all of it, with examples, on the pricing page: /en/pricing.
